Disperse Blue UN-SE

Disperse Blue UN-SE is a high-performance blue disperse dye developed as a core primary color within the UN-SE series, specifically engineered for ultra-fine fibers and high-efficiency dyeing processes. This structural advantage significantly improves dye penetration and reduces the tendency for surface dyeing, helping to eliminate common defects such as shade unevenness, streaking, and color speckling that frequently occur when dyeing ultra-fine polyester and fine-denier nylon.

In practical dyeing operations, Disperse Blue UN-SE demonstrates excellent leveling and migration behavior. During the dyeing cycle, the dye is able to redistribute evenly within the fiber matrix, resulting in smooth and consistent shade development even under rapid heating or shortened dyeing times. These properties make it particularly suitable for fast exhaust dyeing, dip dyeing, and tie-dyeing processes, where control over shade uniformity is often more challenging. The product performs reliably within a weakly acidic dyeing range of pH 4–6, allowing simplified process control and compatibility with single-bath dyeing systems.
