LIQUID DISPERSE DYES SERIES

1.Lower COD: dyeing residual liquid is reduced significantly about 40-70% compared with conventional powder disperse dyes; it reduces the sewage treatment cost effectively;
2.Lower solid waste: compared with powder disperse dyes, about 600kg solid waste can be reduced when using every ton of colloidal disperse dyes;
3.Residual liquid is 50% lower than those of powder disperse dyes after dyeing effectively save after-wash, reduce pollution, save energy and improve production efficiency;
4.High strength: strength is as good as powder dyes, good dyeing vividness and coverage;
5.Excellent build-up: better build-up performance than powder disperse dyes;
6.Good storage stability: can be stored at room temperature more than six months;
7.No dust float in using, especially suitable for automatic batching and pipeline;
8.Using method same as with powder disperse dyes.
