Product Details
Liquid Liquid Reactive Blue is a concentrated liquid reactive dye designed for dyeing and printing on cellulosic fibers such as cotton, viscose, and linen, as well as protein fibers including silk and wool. Supplied in a fully dissolved liquid form, it can be metered directly into the dye bath, removing the need for on-site dissolution. This simplifies operation, improves automation and process consistency, and avoids dust-related issues typical of powdered dyes.
From a performance perspective, the dye shows excellent solution clarity and stability, forming uniform dye liquors quickly and remaining stable under alkaline dyeing conditions. It produces bright, saturated blue shades with high reproducibility and achieves strong fixation on cellulose fibers. Dyed fabrics display very good wet fastness, with washing and perspiration fastness reaching 4–5 grades, along with good light fastness of 5–6 grades. In line with modern environmental requirements, the product contains no heavy metals or restricted aromatic amines and is suitable for low-salt or salt-free dyeing systems.
Liquid Reactive Blue is adaptable to a wide range of dyeing and printing processes, including exhaust dyeing, pad dyeing, and continuous dyeing. It performs particularly well on knitted fabrics and high-thread-count or high-density woven fabrics where good leveling and penetration are essential. In printing applications, it is suitable for flat screen, rotary screen, and digital printing, delivering clean outlines, vivid colors, and easy removal of unfixed dye during washing. It is also used in garment dyeing and in technical textile fields such as medical textiles and premium home textiles.

Application conditions
Typical application conditions include dyeing temperatures of 60–80°C, depending on fiber type and shade depth, with fixation at pH 10.5–11.5 using a buffered alkali system and a fixation time of 30–60 minutes. Thorough soaping at 90–95°C is recommended after dyeing to ensure optimal fastness.
Packaging and Storage
The product is supplied in sealed plastic drums of 25 kg, 50 kg, or 200 kg, should be stored at 5–40°C away from direct sunlight, and offers a shelf life of at least 12 months.
Liquid Reactive Dyes
Introduce:
Liquid reactive dyes are supplied as ready-to-use, high-strength liquid formulations in which reactive dyes are stably dispersed with functional additives. This form preserves the activity of reactive groups while eliminating the need for dissolution, enabling accurate dosing and consistent application.
They are designed for modern textile dyeing and printing operations that emphasize efficiency and automation. While their end uses are similar to those of conventional reactive dyes, the liquid format makes them especially suitable for large-scale production of apparel, home textiles, and decorative fabrics requiring reliable color consistency.
Liquid reactive dyes perform well in continuous pad dyeing, automated exhaust dyeing, cold pad-batch processes, and printing applications, supporting streamlined production and stable dyeing results.
